Heidi Kirlew is an experienced civil litigation attorney. Heidi began her career as an associate for large firms handling complex civil litigation and real estate transactions. Heidi has previously served the lead attorney for a major New York bank’s real estate portfolio in South Florida and also the supervisor for a major San Francisco-based bank’s real estate portfolio in Florida. Heidi would later transition to management at Greenspoon Marder, PA as their managing attorney, where she supervised 12 lawyers. Her team at Greenspoon Marder was responsible for servicing over 5000 files for numerous banks. Heidi also worked as a sales attorney for McCalla Raymar, PLLC, where she handled all post-judgment real estate files while maintaining a caseload of 3500+ active real estate files.
Heidi’s experience additionally encompasses complex civil litigation and tort law. She previously spent time suing insurance companies while working on 300 separate personal injury cases. During this time, Heidi successfully negotiated and settled thousands of dollars’ worth of settlements for her clients.
Heidi has also obtained specialized training and experience in family law. She is certified in collaborative divorce and as a guardian ad item in the State of Florida. In addition to representing her clients in family law cases, she serves as an attorney in the Broward County Pro Bono Collaborative Divorce Program Pilot Project. She has continued her stellar career in civil litigation while focusing on her family law practice. At the Firm, Heidi is responsible for the intake and processing of all legal pleadings, filings, and documents, and coordinates the investigation and preparation of all family law, civil litigation, real estate, and business services cases.
